Sausage and Green Peppers Italiano |
Ingredients: |
2 Pound Italian Sausage |
2 Jars RAGU - Garden Style |
4 Large Green Peppers (cut into 3/4" strips) |
2 Medium Onions (sliced and seperated into rings) |
2 Gloves Minced Garlic |
Rice |
Directions: |
Grill Sausage and cut into ¼ to ½ inch pieces. |
Saute green peppers and onions. |
Combine Sausage, Ragu, Green Peppers and garlic into slow cooker. Cook on med setting for 8 hours. |
Serve over rice. |
